Narvar
Fall co-op 2022

Narvar is a post-purchase platform for e-commerce that aims to help retailers retain long-term customers at all steps of the post-purchase journey. They aim to enable seamless post-purchase experiences for their customers.

During my time there, I utilized customer & market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and refine company-wide design system libraries.

Stress Testing

retailers return & exchange pages

Took headless work and stress tested it in other styles. This was for retailers to get an understanding of what their company’s components would look like in Narvar’s return & exchange pages.

Component Libraries

Created componet libraries in Figma for many different retail brands. The materials in these libraries would be used across Figma whenever a retailer needed a mockup to be put together.

Competitive Analysis

Goal

  • Document the latest flows from our competitors to have updated end-to-end references.

  • Identify themes like what competitors may be doing differently on a similar feature, or what features they offer that we don’t.

Methods

  • Use test orders to document both desktop and mobile recordings and screenshots of mobile and desktop flows

  • Look at competitor documentation sites to determine any other feature capabilities outside of test retailers
