Prayers From Maria is a nonprofit foundation based in Northeast Ohio dedicated to funding research and raising awareness for childhood brain tumors. Inspired by Maria McNamara, who was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor at age six, the foundation works to bring hope to children and families affected by these devastating cancers.

It is also known for its Sunflower Fields of Hope, where thousands of sunflowers bloom each year as a living tribute to children battling cancer and to raise awareness for pediatric cancer research.
